Please note: Faithguitars.com is the international home website representing the models of guitar available to most international markets. This is a United Kingdom based website - operated by UK Distributor, Barnes and Mullins.

Q. Can I buy directly from Faithguitars.com or Barnes & Mullins?
A. No, I’m afraid you can’t buy direct. We have a network of independent music stores across the UK who commit to stock a certain level of Faith Guitars. That way you can find the models you are looking for closer to home and test before you buy. You can find your local retailer or international distributor here.

Q. I want to buy a Faith Guitar, but they are not currently available in my country. What can i do?
A. As we cannot supply directly, the best option will be to contact a UK retailer and ask for their shipping details. Many UK stores are used to dealing with overseas shipping and transactions. If you have any problems, let us know and we will endeavour to help. The alternative is to ask your local music store to contact Barnes and Mullins Ltd to enquire about stocking Faith Guitars.

Q. Can I order Spare Parts from you directly?
A. We are not able to supply spare parts directly. However, by contacting your local main dealer, you can request spare parts which will be ordered directly from Barnes & Mullins Ltd and administered by the store. Non-UK residents should contact the distributor of Faith Guitars in their relevant country. Look for the Flags at the bottom of the UK dealer search.

Q. Warranty Claims / Faulty Goods.
A. Barnes & Mullins can only answer queries relating to products purchased in the UK.
As with all retail purchases, your contract of sale is directly with the store that you purchased the product from. So, in the event of a warranty claim or the need of a repair, you should contact your local main dealer– preferably the retailer from which you bought the instrument. To claim under warranty, you will need a copy of your original purchase receipt.
Where a product requires repair or replacement under warranty, most likely the product will be returned to our technicians who will assess and report back to the store, who in turn will advise you of the next steps.

For repairs outside of warranty terms, again your local main dealer will be able to offer advice and a possible fix for the issue using a local specialist. In the event that it needs our input or intervention, the product will be returned to our technicians who will assess the problem and report back to the store with regard to charges that would be incurred by the service department as well as the expected timeframe.

Q. How can I become a retailer of Faith Guitars?
A. Registered UK / Irish music stores can apply for a trade account with Barnes and Mullins Ltd in order to buy and stock Faith Guitars. Our terms and conditions state that only physical retail stores – i.e. those with retail showrooms – can obtain trade account status. We do not trade with Internet-only retailers. Q. Artist Endorsements.
A. We are asked many times every day about artist endorsements, and as I’m sure you will understand, we are not able to offer many endorsements. 99.9% of endorsed artists or recognised Faith Guitar players will pay an agreed artist price for their instruments. If you would like to enquire, please use the contact form below. Our Artist Liaison will answer your query as soon as possible. However, we are always happy to hear from any musician who owns a Faith Guitar or has feedback to give, or would like to be featured as part of our Artist Gallery. 

Q. Can I be a international distributor for Faith Guitars?
A. We are always looking to expand the availability of Faith Guitars, so please contact us using the contact form below, giving as much information about your company as possible. We will gladly look at all applications, and will respond confidentially.
